hey I'm back!

last night, i went to a concert in a tiny village, called Froville. the group that was playing, is apparently quite famous. I'm not sure if you guys know the main artist, but he is called Jordi Savall. his group plays very old music, from, like, the middle ages, with very old instruments, that no one really plays anymore. it was a pretty cool concert, that ended late. at around 11:45 to be specific, and i got back to the goat farm at 1:30.

today, I'm going to Gabriel's party. I'm going to give him a big lolly-pop, from the candy factory i visited, and a yellow T-shirt with CANADA printed on it with white letters. I'm excited.

I'm also excited for another reason...
My brother and my mother are coming today (my father couldn't book a ticket for him self, on the same airplane, so he is coming tomorrow). i can't wait!

bye!

here is kjeld

hey! I'm back again!

yesterday was a pretty cool day. the whole class went on a field trip to a pony ranch, for the whole day! before i was scared off horses, not anymore.

here's what did:
we arrived at the ranch, and we split up into groups of 3. then, each group was assigned a horse. ours was called Gabes (pronounced Gab-ess). then we all went into a room and got a helmet and two brushes per group. 1 brush to groom the mane, and the other to groom the rest. we groomed the horse, and then fitted it with a saddle. then we left the stable and got into groups of 7. our group was selected to get on the horses and go for a little walk. after the walk, we switched to an activity where we sat on a horse and performed tricks (like doing a 360 degree spin, and going on my knees on the back of the horse, and letting go), while the horse walked, and trotted i circles. then t started to gallop in circles, and then we could get off. after that activity,we had to guide a pony-pulled cart through a course. then, we all had lunch. after, we got on horses, and guided them through another course. then we got a lesson from the assistant teacher about horses, and what they eat, and the names of some of the body parts, etc. then, the group of 7 split up into pairs, with one remainder, and chose a horse. one person got on the back of the horse, and the other person guided the horse. there were some poles with loose things on top, that the person on the back of the horse had to grab and put on another pole, without steering. that's where the guider comes in. after that, we all pilled in the bus, and went home.
